Point-to-point and airport rides: same-day is often fine when a car is free, though 24 hours is ideal. Out-of-state trips need at least 1 hour advance notice. Weddings, proms and events: 2–4 weeks recommended.

Can I request a female chauffeur?

Yes. We have professional female drivers on the team. Select the Female Chauffeur option when booking, or mention it in the notes, and we’ll match you at no extra charge.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Nothing, we track every flight automatically. Your chauffeur adjusts to your actual arrival time at no extra charge, and waits up to 60 minutes after landing.

Do you travel outside the DMV?

Yes. Beyond Virginia, D.C. and Maryland we run out-of-state charters under our Virginia CPCC authority, just book at least 1 hour in advance for interstate trips.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup on sedan and SUV trips. Sprinter and bus event bookings are refundable up to 72 hours before.

How do payments work?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Corporate accounts can set up direct card-on-file billing for effortless invoicing.

Are gratuity and tolls included?

Your estimate shows the base fare. Tolls, parking and a suggested 20% gratuity are itemized in the final quote we confirm with you, no surprises at drop-off.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, forward-facing and booster seats are available free of charge. Just select the child seat extra when booking or mention it in the notes.
